TripOnly Tours is a travel assistance and booking facilitation service. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All services provided relate to travel planning, consultation, and booking assistance.

1. No Physical Returns

As TripOnly Tours does not sell physical products, there are no goods to return.

Any references to “returns,” “shipping,” or “delivery of goods” do not apply to our services.

2. Cancellations

All travel bookings, reservations, and related services are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators.

TripOnly Tours does not control supplier cancellation rules, eligibility, or timelines.

3. Refunds

  • Refund eligibility is determined strictly by the supplier’s refund policy.

  • Service, consultation, or booking assistance fees charged by TripOnly Tours are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • If a refund is approved by the supplier, the refunded amount will be processed only after TripOnly Tours receives the funds from the supplier.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on supplier and payment processor policies.

4. Partial Refunds & Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings may be:

  • Non-refundable

  • Partially refundable

  • Subject to penalties or service fees

Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the supplier’s fare rules and booking conditions before confirming a reservation.

5. Payment Method

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise required by the payment provider or applicable law.

6. Force Majeure

TripOnly Tours shall not be liable for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Airline strikes or operational disruptions

  • Acts of God or emergencies
